Sun & Moon is a locally owned, community-supported yoga school in Northern Virginia since 1994, connecting minds to bodies, yoga to wellness, and people to each other. Sessions focus on teaching students movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques in a breath-based and alignment-informed style, with lots of room to explore, play, inquire, and heal. In-person and virtual sessions are available.
